Copy a Form
Govstack Forms allows you to copy a form you've already created. This is a great tool if you want to save time when creating multiple similar forms.
In order to copy a form, you need to create a new form. Select the original form you want to copy from the “Copy Form” dropdown menu. This will create an exact copy of a specific form. You can then edit the form if necessary.
